1) Send an email with your request DOLPL@mail.montclair.edu

2) If I agree to write one, please send the following information:

• A comprehensive list of classes you have taken with me, including any pertinent info (especially specific paper titles and brief descriptions of your arguments)
• Your degree program
• The criteria for your application process
• Any other points you would like me to cover
• Complete snail mail addresses, or online submission links
• The due dates
